I saw this healthy and quick pancake recipe on one of my favorite blogs UNDRESSED SKELETON by taralynn mcnitt.
I have just so much respect for her, she is an amazing and beautiful women and her story and success kind of inspired me.
She does not only post super yummy and healthy recipes but also advise for getting more active, eating healthier etc.
About 2 months ago I decided to eat healthier and try to lose some of the weight I gained here in Canada ( I eat way too much junk here,
welcome to northamerica ) and her blog does not only give me inspiration but also motivation and encouragement.

BANANA CINNAMON PANCAKES WITH BERRIES
- ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS NEEDED- TOTAL: UNDER 250 KCAL- SUPER HEALTHY ✓-
1 Banana 1. Mash your banana with a fork
1 Large Egg+ 1 Eggwhite 2. Mix eggs and banana together
Cinnamon 3. Spray pan with cooking spray ( you can also use a little bit of oil)
Frozen Berries 4. Add a little less than 1/4 cup per pancake to the pan
5. Cook/flip until both sides are nice and brown
6. Top with berries of your choice
You can use fresh fruits too, I used frozen ones and
defrosted them to have some kind of a "fruitsauce" :)
Makes approximately 6 4-inch Pancakes.
