Today I want to show you one of my favorite cookie recipes.
I made them in Foods& Nutrition at school and a few times at home
and they are delicious and so easy to make!
I usually dont like marshmallows too much
( except the roasted marshmallows when you make a bonfire)
but in these cookies they taste so good! You will love them, I promise!
MARSHMALLOW CHOCOLATE CLOUDS
Ingredients: Directions:
1 1/2 cups flour • Preheat oven to 350 F (176ºC)
1/3 cup coco • In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking soda.Set aside
1/4 tsp baking soda • In a large mixing bowl, combine margarine and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
1/2 cup white sugar • Add the flour mixture and chocolate chip to the margarine/sugar/egg mixture. Combine until well mixed.
1/2 cup brown sugar • Take 2-3 marshmallows and wrap the dough around them, forming a 2inch (5cm) diameter dough ball.
1/2 cup margarine • Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet ( approximately 2 inches apart)
1 egg • Bake for 10-12 minutes, then cool on sheet for 2 minutes.
1 tsb vanilla • Makes approximately 15 Cookies
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini-marshmallows ( frozen)
